Description
Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends
Analyze competitive products and market conditions to inform product development and marketing strategies
Ensure all OTC products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards
Lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and manufacturing, to ensure cohesive product strategy and execution
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote OTC products, including advertising, digital marketing, and in-store promotions
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in marketing industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies mainly for OTC products
