The Role
Serve as Program Management Office (PMO) lead for enterprise-wide Operational Excellence and Transformation projects, ensuring delivery of measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, service quality, and customer experience
Lead the organization’s Power Platform digital automation strategy, including enterprise-wide deployment of Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps and Power Automate), to digitize workflows and remove operational bottlenecks
Establish, mentor, and oversee Departmental Automation Champions to build sustainable in-house automation capabilities and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Act as a change leader, promoting innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen organizational agility and competitiveness
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering of Business Administration
7+ years of progressive experience in Process Improvement, Business Driven, Automations, Cultural Transformation
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, capacity and resources planning and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders and business partners
Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and creativity in resolving unique and challenging business problems
Technical skills with Power Platform, strategic planning, data analysis, project management, and operational excellence methodologies
