Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share
Identify key distribution partners and direct clients and maintain relationship with them
Lead the strategic marketing activities, and set the sales target for the sales team
Report to the Managing Director
Requirements
7-10 years of relevant marketing experience in agriculture industry
Fluent in written and spoken English
A strong leadership, management skills are key parts of the role
