  • Responsible for leading the sales team with the goal of improving performance and achieving the team's sales goals.

  • Up to 6,000,000 MMK and other allowances

About the Company

Our client is a successful social enterprise organization with a high market position which will allow your career as national sales director to grow together with the organization.


  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

  • Overseeing the company's sales growth by evaluating sales reports and capitalizing on particular products or services.

  • Researching new markets and using the data to forecast sales.

  • Handling both medical and retail channel (Trade Sales)


  • At least 10 years of experience in a related industry and at least 6 years of experience in the management level.

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged.

  • Business English is a must.

  • Has strong experience in sales management and leadership skills

  • Prefer from pharmaceuticals background.
