  • Responsible for Key Account Sales, B2B Sales, Customer Account Development / Management, and Market Research

  • Up to 1,500,000 MMK per month plus attractive benefits and allowances

The Role

The role needs to be stationed in Mandalay as an independent Sales person to promote and achieve targeted revenues by selling IT Software solutions, Customized Website development solutions, and other cross-selling IT Services targeted to SMEs, Corporate Customers, and System Integrators

Our client is one of the successful Advertising and Media solutions provider companies in Mandalay and provides Digital Signage equipment, and Digital solutions and develops customized Software / Websites. Recently expanded into the Yangon market and has an enormous plan to expand the business

Description

  • Oversee and nurture key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact

  • Schedule and conduct routine client meetings to address their specific needs and concerns

  • Efficiently handle and resolve issues and client complaints, emphasizing timely solutions

  • Drive sales growth and facilitate the acquisition of new accounts

  • Monitor and provide regular reports on sales performance analytics, while working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment of customer requirements and proactively improve processes to prevent future issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience within the IT industry, preferably from a B2B Sales background with Software Development or System Integrator

  • Prefer knowledge of POS Systems, E-commerce, HR Systems, and Restaurant POS Systems

  • Must be Native Mandalay and can consider Yangon-based resident

  • Preferably Computer Science degree or equivalent Bachelor’s degree holder

  • Mandatory Intermediate English speaker

  • Flexible for frequent travel across Yangon
