The Role
This is an ideal talent will be responsible for leading the key account team to develop and execute strategic sales plans for key accounts, and customer account development/ management across the targeted customers

Description
Lead a sales team and oversee the work of 2 Key Account Executives
Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and acquisitions
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual gross sales and revenue targets
Maintain strong customer relationships by engaging with existing and potential key clients, ensuring committed services and long-term business relationships
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to influence sales strategies and contribute to the company's sustainable sales and growth
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in telecommunications or related industries
Preferably from Internet Service Provider experience background, targeted to Residential, Condo, Retail Chain, Commercial Tower, and Enterprise level customers
Bachelor’s degree in business management and administration preferred
Intermediate English level or above
