IT Supervisor at a Large Consumer Goods Company in Yangon
Manage, configure and maintain the IT Infrastructure and Systems by ensuring optimal performance and availability
Up to 2,000,000 MMK and Other Allowances
About the Company
Over client has different business activities from cultivation, processing, merchandising to manufacturing of a wide range of agricultural products
The Role
Provide technical support to end-users both on-site and remotely, including diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
Maintain maximum system, application, and infrastructure uptime while ensuring high user satisfaction through excellent customer service and tailored solutions to meet client needs
Contribute to the development, implementation, and documentation of new IT policies and processes
Monitor and ensure the availability of IT resources, and handle the procurement, configuration, and management of hardware, software, and IT inventory for the company
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the supervisor
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in IT network and server infrastructure services, including servers, storage, virtualization, SD-WAN, security, CCTV, and VoIP
Proficient in Microsoft O365, UEM, and firewall management
Capable of communicating with and managing third-party vendors and suppliers
Quick learner with strong technical and analytical skills, able to adapt to new technologies
Proficient in English and willing to travel for work
