Responsible for identifying, research, and resolve technical issues related to retail ERP applications, retail operation applications, databases, and other related systems in collaboration with the Application team

Description
Act as the primary point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance with both ERP and non-ERP applications, delivering prompt solutions
Set up, configure, and maintain ERP systems and POS software
Assist with deploying new applications, change requests (CRs), and updates/upgrades to existing applications, including UAT testing, generating test cases, and implementing software in production
Perform onsite or remote maintenance and troubleshooting for application systems and supporting databases
Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend enhancements and optimizations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT ERP system and database administration
Must be service-oriented and patient to deal with demanding end-users and work environment
Strong and demonstrable knowledge with Oracle SQL database system, SQL query scripting and database administration skills required
Must have advance Excel usage skills, including but not limited to, VLookup, ODBC connections, and macros
