Description
Provide technology support for front end application user support and end user device support by using strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills
Provide best-in-class customer service to meet the desktop technology needs of end-users
Proactively understand end-user computing and desktop technology needs
Support User Acceptance Testing
Provide quick response and utilize problem solving skills to resolve escalated requests from the Service Desk regarding Endpoint issues/needs via telephone, email and desk-side support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of working experience in infrastructure support and helpdesk support
Good experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Mobile Device End user
Proficient in written and spoken English
Proficient in spoken Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred
