About the Company

The Role
Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Internet connectivity to ensure seamless network operations
Lead problem-solving efforts, working with internal support teams, external vendors, and ISPs to resolve network issues efficiently
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure a secure, well-maintained, and highly available data center environment
Design and develop solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to enhance business processes and reporting capabilities
Coordinate with IT vendors for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network components
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related fields with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
ITIL Foundation certification required; other relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform, VMware) are a plus
Proven experience with VMware, Servers, Storage solutions, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and network devices (e.g., Switches, Routers)
Experience in Power BI, Power App, and Power Automate, with the ability to build reports, automate workflows, and create business applications
Proficient in IT security best practices, data backup, and disaster recovery
Proficiency in English is essential, both written and spoken
