Reporting Manager - IT Supervisor
Up to 400,000 MMK plus other benefits
Key Areas of Responsibility
IT
Management of company IT infrastructure
IT Helpdesk - Investigating and dealing with IT/operations related problems, suggesting solutions and troubleshooting
Management of network infrastructure – Cisco routers configuration and network policies and restrictions
Work desk setup – laptop, monitors, keyboard, mouse and necessary cabling
Work with external vendors related to purchasing, IT equipment, tech support, and infrastructure
Windows installation, updates and software fixes
Supporting company branches in Myanmar, Cambodia, Lao and New Business Units in the future with remote IT support
IT projects such as software upgrades, CRM changes and other hardware related installation
Administration
Administration of CRM/Database system, including dealing with vendor to solve bugs and make suggestions on improvements based on the requirements of the users
Administration Microsoft 365 – accounts management and monitoring of mailing traffics
Administration of intranet (made by Google sites)
Quality Control
Data management, merging and erasing, approval for data access, activities tracking
Data auditing – Monthly
Requirements
Good spoken and written English, and good communication
Motivated, multitasking, able to work under pressure and able to handle complains
General knowledge about Microsoft 365
Willing to learn and grow
