Manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Labor laws

Description
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to boost morale and retention
Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback to employees
Provide support for HR-related data analysis and reporting
Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a distribution or consumer electronics industry
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken
