The Role
This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring effective management of HR operations, and supporting the overall organizational culture

Description
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and industry best practices
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner
Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are up-to-date and compliant
Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars
Promote a strong organizational culture aligned with company values and goal
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
Proficiency in English and Burmese, both written and spoken
