The Role

This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring effective management of HR operations, and supporting the overall organizational culture

Description

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and industry best practices

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions

  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are up-to-date and compliant

  • Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars

  • Promote a strong organizational culture aligned with company values and goal

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite

  • Proficiency in English and Burmese, both written and spoken
