Responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel. Their duties include developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behaviour and onboarding new employees
Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus ferry and other allowances & benefits

About the Company
My client initially commenced its role in the distribution of spare parts for machinery and embarked on the importation and distribution of heavy machinery, equipment, attachments, and related spare parts. Presently, they are representing as Authorized Distributors for a total of 21 manufacturers and suppliers
Description
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
Analyse trends in compensation and benefits
Design and implement employee retention strategies
Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in related field
Can communicate in English.
Any Graduate and professional Certificates Preferable
