Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire top talent, focusing on diversity and inclusion
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Collaborate with management to develop compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain high-performing employees
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager in the food manufacturing industry or a similar environment
In-depth knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Need to travel to the factory in Upper Myanmar once a month
