Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop talent solutions, programs, and policies
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required
Any bachelor’s degree or Business Management/Administration, Human Resource Management or related fields is an advantage
At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field including the managerial experience
Can-do personality, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both Myanmar and English
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, Power Points, HRMS and related business and communication tools
Experience hiring for roles of all levels and functions, technical and non-technical
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
