This Role requires to include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance and regulations, developing HR policies and independently manage the daily administrative functions

Description
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees
Implement performance appraisal systems, ensuring regular feedback and development plans for staff
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction and retention
Manage payroll, attendance, and leave tracking
Ensure all aspects of office & business operations are compliance with all relevant laws & regulations
Manage office daily operations and maintenance, including procurement, facility maintenance and vendor management when needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the financial services sector
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
In-depth understanding of Labor laws and HR best practices in Myanmar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to ethical practices
