The Role
The ideal talent will be a local sales head for their Freight Forwarding business unit specializes in Freehand Cargo across both export and import trade lanes. Managing the local sales team and leading the Forwarding business as a head will be the key challenges while providing logistics solutions to the customers to maintain a sustainable and profitable business

Description
Develop and implement the annual business plan for assigned products, aligning activities to meet organizational objectives
Set performance goals for subordinates, continuously monitor and review their performance, and facilitate effective communication, training, and development
Ensure adherence to procedures, processes, and inter-departmental service agreements while actively contributing to continuous improvement for meeting service level targets
Stay informed about market developments, competitor activities, and market trends, providing valuable insights to the management
Foster and maintain customer relationships through regular interactions, aiming for high customer retention
Drive new product and market development through comprehensive market research and marketing analysis to ensure sustainable company growth
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of work experience with a department head level background, or at least 3 years at the Assistant Manager level, with a background in International Logistics Sales
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a relevant professional qualification
Mandatory Business English speaker
Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office product
