Head of Operations at the Start-up Financial Services Company in Yangon
Responsible for the overall management about operations functions of the whole organization
Salary up to 3,000,000 MMK

A leading group of company which is expanding new business in financial services institute for customer in Myanmar and currently providing the different services to the customers
Description
Manage daily retail operations of the organization and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales and Finance)
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Implement profit & loss, business strategy and delinquency control process
Good knowledge of microfinance business, financial analysis, business analysis and vendor management
Able to deal with government office and regulators is a plus
Requirements
At least 7 to 10 years of working experience in branch operational management, regional management, retail operations, KYC and P&L
Must be from Microfinance or Banking or Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) industry
Bachelor’s degree is a must and other relevant educations background like Business, Economics or Statistics or Laws or MBA will be added as an advantage
Proven track record of delivering enhancements to process efficiency
Burmese Nationality with good Command in both written and oral in English languages
