Job Description

​Head of HR at one of the Successful FMCG Companies in Yangon

  • Drive HR strategy to support our client’s business objectives and foster a positive and productive work environment

The Role

Lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate closely with senior management to implement HR initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

About the Company

Our client company is a leading FMCG company in Yangon, known for the commitment to quality, and employee development


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various departments

  • Manage performance evaluation systems and provide guidance on career development and training opportunities

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and keep abreast of industry trends and best practices

  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement through effective communication and HR programs

  • Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and succession planning


  • Degree in Business Administration, or related field, and HR certification are preferred

  • Proven experience as an HR leader or similar role, ideally within the retail industry

  • In-depth knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
