Head of Corporate Sales at a Well-known Insurance Services company in Yangon
Responsible for managing the strategic planning, driving sales while maintaining strong relationships with respective channels in accordance with company’s core competencies.

Our client is an Insurance Services company which is mainly providing the best practices of insurance products to the customers in Myanmar.
Description
Develop the strategic plans to maximize corporate sale channels ‘effectiveness in distributing general insurance products.
Build the strong relationships with banking partners, corporate partners, and corporate customers to ensure collaboration and alignment of goals.
Work closely with product development teams to create insurance products tailored for corporate channel distributions.
Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets for each corporate sales channels.
Provide training and support to each channel’s sale teams and bank/partner staff to enhance their knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques.
Requirements
At least 5 to 7 years of working experience in all aspects of planning and implementing Corporate and Partnership sales strategy.
Strong experience in handling Bancassurance Channels would be a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing related education
Ability to engage in multi-tasking effectively and work well under intense pressure.
Native Burmese with a fair communication in written and oral skills in English
