Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
Oversee the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Attract, retain, and develop top talent, foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and professional growth
Requirements
At least 15 years of experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industry and at least 10 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential
