Finance Manager at one of the Successful Hotels in Yangon
Oversee all financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and compliance with regulations
Up to 2,500,000 MMK plus other allowances and benefits
The Role
Oversee the financial health of the hotel, manage the financial reporting processes, and work closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making

Description
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports
Lead the annual budgeting process, including forecasting revenues, expenses, and cash flow, and ensure alignment with hotel objectives
Monitor hotel revenues, costs, and operating expenses to maximize profitability and implement cost-saving initiatives
Identify and manage financial risks, implementing controls and processes to mitigate potential financial exposure
Ensure compliance with local laws and international accounting standards
Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, prefer having experience in the hotel/hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel
