Finance Manager at a Well-known Real Estate Company in Yangon
Develop and maintain financial models for project feasibility analysis and investment decisions
Salary is up to 2,000,000 MMK
The Role
This role oversees the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Description
Identify and assess financial risks associated with real estate projects and investments
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the company
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to management and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards
Complete year-end closing processes and liaise with external auditors on annual audits and realized compliance with governmental tax guidelines
Requirements
A degree in B. Com, or a related field
Significant experience in financial management, preferably within the real estate sector
Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance practices
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modelling and analysis tools
