Finance Director (Chinese Speaking) at a Well-Known Group of Company in Yangon
Lead and develop finance teams to ensure effective financial management and reporting
Salary is up to 9,000,000 MMK plus other allowances
The Role
The role is conducting detailed analyses of investment opportunities to support decision-making processes, financial planning & analyzing for Thailand, Vietnam and Myanmar

Description
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the finance department, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy
Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring they are realistic and aligned with company goals
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Update and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred
Proficient in Chinese and English Speaking
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
Understanding of local and international tax regulations
