Description
Oversee product quality through inspections, testing, and process enhancements
Implement manufacturing standards for efficient factory operations
Maintain quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Manage inventory and minimize waste by developing control strategies and ordering supplies
Coordinate machinery maintenance and employee training while resolving operational challenges
Develop operational strategies to boost productivity, reduce waste, and optimize costs
Requirements
Bachelors’ degree is a must
Over 15 years of experience with 5 years of minimum experience as a manager in the Rice industry
Excellent communication skills in English
Understanding Local rice industry key players
Strong problem-solving skills
System and computer skills preferred
