Estate Manager at An International Retail Chain in Myanmar
Responsible to handling the overall property leasing and management functions
Up to 2,000,000 MMK per month
The Role
The ideal candidate's background for the role comes with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in retail site selection, property leasing, contract negotiation. A meticulous individual with strong negotiation skills and Myanmar real estate market knowledge, able to work independently and reporting to expatriate manager

Description
Conduct proactive research and field visits to identify potential retail store locations
Evaluate and shortlist high-potential properties that align with the company’s strategic goals and target customer demographics
Liaise with landlords, property brokers, developers, insurance providers, and local authorities to facilitate site acquisition
Lead negotiations on lease terms, rental agreements, and related contractual matters to secure favorable conditions for the company
Prepare detailed site evaluation reports, including SWOT analyses, financial feasibility studies, and cost-benefit assessments
Present findings and strategic recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors to support executive decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business management
Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail site selection, property leasing, or real estate management
Prior experience dealing with property agents, landlords, developers is highly preferred
Fluent in English communication and reporting
Able to travel locally, work individually and collaborate with the team
