Description
Define and segment loyal customer groups based on behavior, value, and engagement
Plan and deliver comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with business goals to drive customer loyalty and retention
Oversee partnerships with external vendors and agencies related to CRM and loyalty program implementation
Lead direct customer communication efforts through CRM platforms, including email, SMS, app notifications, and digital marketing
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in a related industry and at least 2 years of experience in a management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantageous
Business English is a must
Skilled in creating, scheduling, and analyzing social campaigns across platforms
