  • Responsible for expanding and optimizing the company’s dealer network to drive sales growth and strengthen brand presence by identifying potential markets, onboarding new dealers, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing support to help dealers achieve their business objectives

Description

  • Identify high-potential markets and strategically select dealers through detailed analysis and alignment with company standards

  • Ensure dealer compliance with company standards, policies, and branding through regular audits of operations, facilities, and customer service practices

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to foster loyalty and alignment with company goals

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in a related industry and at least 5 years of experience in the management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Analysing local markets to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends
