The Role
The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, assist in coordinating shipments, and ensure a smooth customer experience from beginning to end, representing the organization to customers and other external sources

Description
Communicate with customers to arrange the cargo flow
Update the system data and issue the bill of lading
Address and resolve customer problems or complaints
Prepare monthly reports and calculate service costs
Explore other occupations related to these activities
Requirements
Proven experience as a customer service assistance or in a similar role
Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Understanding of international shipping and freight forwarding processes. Quick learner with a passion for career development
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English
