Description
Lead and inspire the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and strategists, to produce innovative concepts and campaigns
Develop and execute creative strategies across digital, print, and experiential platforms to achieve client objectives
Mentor and guide creative team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in related industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Strong understanding of current advertising trends and the ability to adapt to new digital technologies, including social media platforms, mobile marketing, and interactive campaigns
