Description
Allocate production volumes to relevant teams, set base yield and pricing, and ensure on-time delivery through cross-functional coordination
Collaboration between sales and demand planning for stable demand forecasting and inventory control
Optimize production capacity, drive execution of production plans, and enhance team competencies in seed supply and regulations
Participate in budget development, manage spending, drive cost-saving initiatives, and oversee inventory management
Ensure efficient seed processing, packaging, and delivery; implement quality strategies and oversee compliance with quality standards
Build team capabilities, promote a one-team mindset, drive cultural change, and ensure accountability in roles and responsibilities
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any Supply Chain or Agricultural related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar field with 5 years in Supply Chain Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
At least Upper Intermediate English
Great communication and leadership skills
