Description
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends
Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion)
Experiment with new activation ideas to keep the brand ahead of competitors
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in FMCG, Beverage and at least 5 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Strong experience in consumer marketing, brand activation, or campaign management with proven track record of designing and executing successful consumer engagement strategies
