The Role
Facilitate communication between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and local teams by accurately translating both written documents and verbal exchanges

Description
Provide accurate translation services from Chinese to Burmese (and vice versa) in meetings, written documents, and verbal communication
Act as a liaison between Chinese-speaking managers and local staff to facilitate clear communication
Assist in translating contracts, agreements, and company policies
Interpret during site visits, training sessions, and important company events to ensure full understanding among all parties
Maintain a glossary of industry-specific terminology and ensure consistency in translation
Requirements
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Burmese (proficiency in English is a plus)
Prior experience as a translator, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of technical and business terminology related to manufacturing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Cultural sensitivity and ability to navigate cross-cultural communication
