Description
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the automotive company, ensuring seamless integration of manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service
Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive continuous improvement in quality control systems and reduce product defects and recalls
Explore and implement cutting-edge technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and streamline processes
Requirements
At least 15 years of experience in related industry and at least 7 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Familiarity with global automotive standards, emissions regulations, and compliance requirements
