The Role
Manage the Accounting & finance team, oversees budgets, day-to-day accounting management, and produces financial reports

Description
Oversee the finance department's operations by setting goals, designing frameworks, and managing the company's budget
Liaise with auditors to ensure financial monitoring and collaborate with other departments to align on business strategies
Produce and review financial reports related to budgets, payables, receivables, and expenses, while analysing profit and loss positions regularly
Develop strategies to minimize financial risks, manage investments, and ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements
Provide financial insights to management and advise on investment opportunities and business decisions to maintain the organization’s financial health
Requirements
Bachelor’s in business, Finance, or Accounting (Master’s preferred)
Over 5 years of experience in accounting field, preferably in FMCG, food and beverage manufacturing background
Strong proficiency in finance software and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
