You will play a key role in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the company

You will be responsible for developing financial strategies, managing financial risks, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting

Description
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s business goals and objectives
Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports
Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
Communicate financial performance and strategies to the Board of Directors, investors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
Proficiency in English and Burmese, both written and spoken
