Description
Develop and manage the school's annual budget, ensuring financial stability, while overseeing tuition fee collection, payroll, and financial reporting
Manage daily school operations across multiple departments, overseeing procurement, facilities management, and IT infrastructure, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
Support the admissions and marketing teams in student recruitment and enrollment strategies, while overseeing external communication, branding, and partnership development
Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, local authorities, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in related industry and at least 6 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Education Management, or a related field
Business English is a must
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
