Great Opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager (Chinese Speaking) to join our team. This role is crucial in driving the growth and expansion of the life insurance products within the Chinese-speaking market in Mandalay.

Description
Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer retention.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, including tailored approaches for the Chinese-speaking market.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using this information to inform business strategies.
Requirements
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing related education.
Ability to engage in multi-tasking effectively and work well under intense pressure.
Native Burmese with an excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese.
Must be the one who are currently living in Mandalay.
