Description
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and a competitive landscape
Analyze market needs and customer preferences to develop targeted strategies
Strategy Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in new and existing markets
Set clear objectives, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and track progress against goals
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Sales and Negotiation: Drive sales efforts by presenting our products and solutions to potential clients
Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with distributors, agents, and other key partners
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership execution and mutual growth
Market Expansion: Explore and evaluate opportunities for market expansion, including new geographic regions and industry verticals
Develop market entry strategies and oversee implementation
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication, addressing concerns, and providing solutions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or similar
Minimum 10 years of working experience in sales and business development including 4 – 5 years of experience handling generator sales and understanding of the market potential
Good dealers/distributor and market connections
Experience and expertise in international distributor identification, development and management
Good knowledge in international commercial transaction methods and terms. Know INCO terms with logistics and shipping
High in English Language Proficiency
Able to work independently and self-motivated
