Description
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, suppliers, and other industry partners
Provide insights to the product development and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands
Mentor and support junior team members in achieving their goals and fostering professional growth
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in a related industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Strategic thinking with the capability to develop and implement effective business strategies
