Responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, and ensuring the branch's profitability
Up to 1,500,000 MMK and other allowances

Description
Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
Monitor branch expenses and budgets, striving for cost-effective operations
Direct report to Operation Manager
Requirements
At least 6 years of experience in a related industry and at least 3 years of experience in the management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Advanced English is a must
Has strong experience in excellent organizing, communication, and interpersonal skills
