Description
Lead, mentor, and motivate the Bancassurance sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and development within the team.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving excellence and exceeding customer expectations.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive Bancassurance sales growth in alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing related education
Ability to engage in multi-tasking effectively and work well under intense pressure.
Native Burmese with an excellent written and oral communication skills in English
