B2B Industrial Sales Manager at International Agri Solution Company in Myanmar

  • Responsible to drive the industrial sales vertical for rice products

The Role

The ideal candidate's background for the role comes with rice products or other products that target into selling food & beverage manufacturing companies in Myanmar. Strong F&B client network, strong business development skills and experience leading and supervision of sales team

Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals for the B2B Market.

  • Identify new business opportunities within the rice industry and potential clients.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients, including wholesalers, distributors, food manufacturers, and retailers.

  • Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through timely product delivery and high-quality service.

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, resolving any issues or concerns promptly

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and new business avenues in the B2B vertical.

  • Generate leads and identify new prospects, actively engaging with them through calls, emails, meetings, and trade events.

  • Work closely with production, logistics, inventory management teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability.

  • Ensure that client specification is met in terms of product quality, packaging, and delivery schedules.

  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor products to the product development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in b2b, industrial sales, preferably in rice industry or other products sell into food and beverage manufacturers

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin would be an advantage
