Description
Analyse policies, procedures, and risks to prepare the audit scope, plan, and audit program
Update audit techniques, guidelines, and programs to ensure the objectives are effectively met
Train the audit team to improve their performance when necessary
Supervise and review audit activities, providing guidance for additional audit steps as needed
Finalize and submit audit reports to management and the Board of Directors (BOD) and address any responses to audit findings with management
Requirements
B. Com or an equivalent accounting degree with CPA or ACCA part 3 qualification is required
At least 7 years of auditing experience, including over 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in trading, distribution industries, or group companies
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience using accounting software (ERP) are essential
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to travel to branch and office locations
