Support the HR department in implementing and managing HR programs, policies, and procedures

Description
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and maintaining a positive work environment
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
Help in administering performance appraisal processes
Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making
Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the food manufacturing or similar industry
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) software
Proficiency in English and Burmese, both written and spoken
