Description
Oversee all HR related issues
Responsible for accurate inputs of the payroll data and work closely with finance for timely payroll disbursements
Identify training needs based on performance evaluations and organizational goals
Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
Supporting HR benefits related matters
Reporting to GM
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR/ Admin roles and Senior HR management role is preferred
Fluent written and spoken English
Sound knowledge of Myanmar Labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
Able to use Microsoft office suite and preferred to be able to use HR software
