Responsible in maintaining client relationships, supporting event coordination, managing budgets, preparing proposals and contracts, and conducting market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
Up to 1,500,000 MMK and other allowances

Description
Assist in maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event planning process
Provide support in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site assistance during events
Assist in developing and managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities, providing insights to improve service offerings and client satisfaction
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
