  • Responsible in maintaining client relationships, supporting event coordination, managing budgets, preparing proposals and contracts, and conducting market research to identify industry trends and opportunities

Description

  • Assist in maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event planning process

  • Provide support in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site assistance during events

  • Assist in developing and managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities, providing insights to improve service offerings and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
