Accounts Officer At a Leading Outsourcing & Corporate Secretarial Services Firm in Yangon, MyanmarReporting Manager - Finance ManagerUp to 600,000 MMK + Other BenefitsThe RoleCommunicate with existing Clients regarding the client’s bookkeeping process.Understand the business nature of client by liaising with client’s internal team. Communicate with existing clients for supporting documents and information. Record the transaction under the cloud accounting system. Reconcile the Accounts Payable and Receivable. Prepare and reconcile general bank statements. Prepare the Statement of Cash Flow (Daily, Weekly, Monthly). Support to Senior Accountant for additionally necessary process regarding the finalizing of the client’s month end report. Liaise with the client to plan annual audit requirements for accounts. Responsible to support for client’s tax related matter (including CT, CIT, PIT and SSB) Prefer the understanding of payroll for clients, including Personal Income Tax (PIT) and SSB. Responsible for liaising with tax office if require. Regularly liaising with team leader after finalizing the above matter. RequirementsSelf-motivated, able to work independently.Problem solving skills will be required during the reconciliation of client transaction. Good inter-personal communication skills and a dynamic team player. Strong welling to learn and try for analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and time management skills. At least 3 years+ of relevant working experience in finance and accounting. ACCA Part II or CPA Part I. Possess at least a bachelor's degree preferably in finance/accounting or professional qualification. Senior Accounts Officer At a Leading Outsourcing & Corporate Secretarial Services Firm in Yangon, MyanmarReporting Manager - Finance ManagerUp to 700,000 MMK + Other BenefitsThe RoleCommunicate with existing Clients and Introduced new/potential client accounts.Understand the business nature by making meetings with client’s relevant management team. Communicate regularly with existing clients for any details transaction information and supporting documentation. Discuss with client for additional data and supporting Information.Prepare a suitable Chart of Accounts (CoA) for client’s business.Record and enter into the cloud accounting system (Xero Software especially) and manage the online account. Reconcile the Accounts Payable and Receivable.Prepare and reconcile general bank statements.Discuss with Client for the Draft Final Report via online meeting or face to face. Liaise with the client to plan annual audit requirements.Responsible for managing tax matters in relation to the client’s business, including Income Tax, Corporate Tax & Service Tax, Withholding Tax, Etc.Strong understanding of payroll for clients, including Personal Income Tax (PIT) and SSB.Regularly liaising with team leader after finalizing the above matter.Prepare the Statement of Cash Flow (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).Preparation of Draft Final Report (SOPL & SOFP) to Senior Person to review before sending to clients.Prepare the Analysis report of Financial Statement to Senior Person to review before sending to clients.Available to provide sufficient advice to client on any general work-related matters. Liaise with team leader for any advice that needs to be provided to client. Update the weekly report for all work completed and pending, Etc.RequirementsSelf-motivated, able to work independently, efficiently.Good inter-personal communication skill and adynamic team player.Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and time management skills.At least 5 years+ of relevant working experience in finance and accounting.ACCA Part II or CPA Part II.Possess at least a bachelor's degree preferably in finance/accounting or professional qualification.Prefer for knowledge to use Xero Software and QuickBooks software.Strong computer literacy and able to use Excel, Power Point.
