The Role
A hands-on role for agricultural professionals with experience in seed production and farmer engagement. This position involves close coordination with local growers, providing technical support, and overseeing field activities throughout the production cycle

Description
Overseeing during Seed Production Season and Post Harvest management
Recruit and onboard farmers for contract seed production
Organize and assist in training sessions for farmers and pollinators
Oversee seedling production and distribution to growers
Conduct frequent field visits to provide technical advice and monitor crop progress
Manage financial processes such as cash advance requests and ledger updates
Monitor yields and submit regular updates using internal systems
Collect harvested seeds for delivery to the central office
Identify potential areas for expansion and new grower recruitment
Coordinate and follow up on farmer payments
Track and communicate quality assurance outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related fields (Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Horticulture, etc.)
3–5 years of experience in seed production, agricultural extension, or community-based farming projects
Solid understanding of agronomy, pest/disease management, and basic seed technologies
Comfortable working in rural settings and engaging directly with farmers
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Internet) and basic English communication
Experience with digital farm monitoring tools is a plus
Be based outside of Yangon
